Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

The lingerie must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards and custom orders are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email our customer support team at support@praxispk.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our return address.
3. Return Shipping

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
